Job summary

Cuemath is seeking an enthusiastic early years educator to design and run daily learning experiences focused on foundational math, literacy, and hands-on activities in Gurugram. You will work with small groups (1–6 children) and tailor pace and materials to each learner.

You will observe children, record observations, and adapt routines while creating and iterating learning materials. A warm, patient, child-centered presence is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior teaching experience with young children in an early-years or preschool setting (reputed preschool experience is an added advantage).
• Strong communication skills.
• Deep respect for a child’s autonomy, curiosity, and natural learning rhythm.
• Strong intuition for how young children learn.
• Ability to execute daily routines while thinking structurally and flexibly about learning design.
• Warm, grounded presence with high patience and emotional intelligence.
