Tynimo Lifestyle Private Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Bhogapuram Airport, Andhra Pradesh. The role focuses on running daily store operations, enforcing SOPs, maintaining hygiene and VM standards, and training staff for POS operations.

The ideal candidate will have 6 years in retail, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time in-person position with health benefits and Provident Fund.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and opening/closing SOP adherence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and VM displays; coordinate with support functions.
• Enforce company policies, SOPs, and employment standards.
• Lead cashiering, POS training and provide support to staff.
• Aim for achievement of sales targets for store and categories.
• Minimize shrinkage; train teams on handling merchandise and stock protection.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries.
• Conduct audits to ensure service, till, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with merchandising on product quality and learning/development.
• Foster learning and development through on-the-job training and product training.
• Manage inward & outward stock and inventory control.
• Work as part of a Sales Advisors team with customer-first mindset.
• Brief staff regularly and provide feedback for rewards and recognition.

Role/Position: Assistant Store Manager

Reporting to: Retail Head

Location: Bhogapuram Airport

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 6 year experience in retail industry
• Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate

Selection Process:

• Screening round by Hr
• Personal Interview by Operations Head & MD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the day to day running of store operations – Responsible for Opening and Closing of store (Adherence to Opening and Closing SOP)
• Responsible for Maintaining Store standards – Hygiene, VM displays (adjusting displays that lack order), follow up with support functions to close store concerns
• Adhering and driving company policies, Store SOP, and employment standards
• Be a role model in cashiering and assist in POS training and provide support to new & existing team members.
• Ensuring achievement of sales targets which have been set for the store and categories.
• Ensure minimization of shrinkage levels in the store, training the teams on how to handle merchandise and protect stock. .
• Managing & resolving customer complaints and queries
• Responsible for conducting audit/s for achieving standards in customer service, Till service and housekeeping standards etc.
• Assist with maintaining superior product quality by identifying product issues and communicating these to the merchandising team.
• Working on adequate learning and development of the team through on job training, VM training, product training etc.
• Managing Inward & Outward of stocks and inventory management
• Work as part of a team of Sales Advisors always demonstrating that the customer comes first.
• Engage the staffs with regular briefing and give feedbacks to Store manager for concluding rewards and recognition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
