Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a Young and Dynamic Store Manager for an Organic FMCG Retail Chain in Hyderabad. The role demands hands-on experience in store handling, inventory management and leading store associates to deliver great customer service.

The candidate should have worked as an Asst-Store Manager or Store Supervisor in similar retail environments, with immediate joining. Location: Kondapur, Banjarahills and Habsiguda; CTC 25,000–30,000 per month plus incentives on sales.

Qualifications

• Must have worked as Asst-Store Manager or Store Supervisor with 100% knowledge in store handling, inventory and store associates.
• Immediate joining is required.
• Experience in organic FMCG retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations management: opening/closing, cash handling, stock checks, vendor coordination.
• Customer experience & merchandising: maintain service standards, train staff, manage escalations, optimize floor layouts.
• Inventory & loss prevention: regular counts, stock level tracking, reorder planning, shrinkage reduction.

Products: Dal, Rice, organic cereals , pulses, dry fruits , organic drinks and dairy products

Gender Male

Should be from similar and same industry who has worked as Asst-Store manger or store supervisor with 100 % knowledge in store handling , inventory and store associates

Preferred : D'mart, Ratnadeep, Vishal Mega mart, Reliance stores , More Supermarkets and any stand alone store in dairy products, foods and beverages

Immediate Joiner we need , Interview will be 2 rounds

Intermediate / Diploma / Graduate can apply who has knowledge on Store handling and Experience in same industry only

Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

• Opening and closing the store according to security protocols.
• Managing daily cash handling, register reconciliations, and safe drops.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinating with vendors and head office to ensure smooth product deliveries

Customer Experience & Merchandising

• Setting high customer service standards and training the team on product knowledge.
• Handling escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards and optimizing floor layouts to boost impulse purchases.

Inventory & Loss Prevention

• Conducting regular inventory counts and investigating stock discrepancies.
• Tracking stock levels and reordering merchandise to prevent stockouts.
• Implementing security measures and loss prevention training to minimize theft and shrinkage

This job is for Hyderabad location - Kondapur , Banjarahills and Habsiguda

CTC: 25000 to 30000 Per Month and Incentives will be paid on Sales
