Job summary

Palala Boutique Game Lodge is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations and support the Spa Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and organizational skills, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. You will supervise therapists and reception staff, manage scheduling, and ensure hygiene and safety standards throughout the spa.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Somatology, or Spa Management.
• 2-3 years' spa or wellness industry experience.
• Supervision or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional attitude.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
