Job summary

Grand Hyatt Kochi is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the hotel’s security function in line with Hyatt International’s standards. You will develop, implement, monitor and evaluate safety and security procedures, including fire safety and asset protection, to meet guest, employee and owner expectations.

The ideal candidate has a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a larger operation, and

• Experience in security management or assistant security manager in a larger operation.
• Good practical, operational and administrative skills.
• Diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.

• Ensure efficient running of the security department in line with Hyatt strategies.

Qualifications

Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security. Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager in larger operation. Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.
