Job summary

Anusha Technovision Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in home automation, lighting controls and A/V systems for luxury hospitality, residential and corporate clients.

You will build relationships with architects, electrical consultants and hotel engineers, present tailored automation solutions, and coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in High End Lighting/Switches/Security Devices/Audio Visual industry or related niche sectors.
• Experience selling exclusive/high-end hotel or hospitality products is a plus.

We look to provide Home Automation products, lighting controls, A/V systems and other controllable/automation products to high end Hospitality, Residential and Corporate clients. Our Requirement

Minimum 5 years in High End Lighting/Switches/Security Devices /Audio Visual industry/ High End Furniture/ Bathroom fittings/High end Flooring/BMS. Or selling items which are exclusive and niche, which adds value to a hotel project.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Automation Products, Lighting Controls, and Audio Video Systems to high-end clients, including hospitality, residential, and corporate sectors.
• Identify and target potential clients such as architects, electrical consultants, chief engineers in hotels, and lighting consultants.

Client Interaction

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, ensuring excellent communication and professional representation of the company.
• Present tailored solutions to meet client-specific needs for homes, offices, and hotels.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams such as project execution and quotation departments to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Preferred: Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in sales within the Home Automation or related industries will also be considered.

Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong self-confidence and ability to interact effectively with high-end clients.
• Self-driven, team player with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
