The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including floor management, guest interactions, and coordination between the kitchen and service teams in an on-site role based in Mumbai. This full-time position involves monitoring service quality, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and addressing guest feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction. The role includes supervising staff during shifts, assisting with scheduling, training, and performance guidance, as well as supporting hiring and onboarding of new team members. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will help manage reservations, table allocations, and event or large-group requirements, while working closely with the culinary team to uphold food and beverage presentation and consistency. The role also involves basic administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining records, supporting inventory control, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and local regulations.
