Job summary

Ganpati Dairy Products is seeking a hands-on operations lead for our Namkeen/snacks plant. You will supervise shop-floor activities, ensure high-quality output, and drive production efficiency.

This role requires strong leadership, good vendor coordination, and strict adherence to FSSAI norms. The ideal candidate will manage quality control, production planning, and team supervision to maintain consistent, high-quality products across all batches.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Namkeen/snacks manufacturing processes (frying, seasoning, packaging).
• Experience in plant/shop-floor operations and team supervision.
• Familiarity with FSSAI and food safety compliance norms.
• Basic MIS/reporting and production planning knowledge.
• Strong leadership and manpower handling ability.
• Good coordination and communication skills with vendors and internal teams.
