• Develop, review, and maintain product and process specifications.
• Define quality requirements for raw materials and intermediate products; monitor supplier compliance.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, regulatory, and legal standards.
• Supervise inspectors, technicians, and quality staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
• Oversee product development and manufacturing processes to identify deviations from standards.
• Conduct final inspections and verify product properties against specifications.
• Approve compliant products and identify, document, and reject non-conforming items.
• Maintain quality records, documentation, and perform statistical analysis for continuous improvement.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to evaluate satisfaction and compliance with requirements.
• Prepare and submit detailed quality reports to management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement quality enhancement procedures.
• Ensure maintenance and calibration of QC instruments and room equipment.
• Minimize rework and rejection levels, targeting zero-defect outcomes where feasible.
• Keep QC rooms and inspection areas clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Develop and implement QC policies for residential construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and codes.
