Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Quality Control Lead for residential construction projects. You will design and implement QC processes, define material quality requirements, and monitor supplier compliance while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will supervise QC staff, conduct inspections, and maintain detailed quality records for continuous improvement. This role demands strong attention to detail and ability to drive zero-defect outcomes where feasible.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement quality control processes to meet project requirements.
• Develop, review, and maintain product and process specifications.
• Define quality requirements for raw materials and intermediate products; monitor supplier compliance.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, regulatory, and legal standards.
• Supervise inspectors, technicians, and QC staff with guidance and training.
• Oversee development and manufacturing to identify deviations from standards.
• Conduct final inspections and verify product properties against specifications.
• Approve compliant products and document non-conformances.
• Maintain accurate quality records and perform statistical analysis for improvement.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to evaluate satisfaction and compliance.
• Prepare detailed quality reports for management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement QC enhancements.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of QC rooms and equipment.
• Minimize rework and maintain audit-ready QC areas.
• Develop QC policies specific to residential construction projects.
