Job summary

Alpauls, a Mumbai-based manufacturer and exporter of adhesives and chemicals, invites applications for Asst. Purchase Manager / Sr. Purchase Executive located in Mahim West, Mumbai. The role requires a chemical background and extensive procurement experience.

You will manage end-to-end procurement of chemical raw materials and packaging, negotiate with vendors, monitor inventory, and coordinate with Production, QA and Finance teams. Salary up to 9 LPA is offered.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech Chemical or B.Sc. Chemistry required.
• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in chemicals, paints, adhesives, inks, or related products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of chemical raw materials and packaging materials.
• Develop vendors and negotiate pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality & Finance teams.
• Manage POs, documentation and supplier performance.
