Associate Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and organized Associate Project Manager with around 3 years of experience in project coordination and delivery, preferably within the eCommerce, ERP, or technology consulting industry.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, strong project tracking and reporting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through delivery.
• Track project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Maintain and manage project work items, boards, tasks, sprints, and status updates in Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate with development, QA, functional, business, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor project progress against planned timelines and proactively highlight delays, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, trackers, and management updates.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with team members on assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Assist in sprint planning, daily/weekly project tracking, review meetings, and project status discussions.
• Ensure project documentation, action items, decisions, and meeting minutes are maintained accurately.
• Support identification, tracking, and mitigation of project risks and issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Escalate project-related concerns to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
• Help ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Management / PMO / Associate Project Manager roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project/task tracking and reporting.
• Experience in eCommerce, ERP, or technology consulting projects.
• Good understanding of project planning, tracking, execution, and delivery processes.
• Strong knowledge of project deliverables, status reporting, and project documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ERP projects.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with software development and QA teams.
• Experience preparing project dashboards and management reports.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Relevant certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an advantage.
