Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a seasoned Planning & Scheduling professional in Bengaluru to lead interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. You will develop detailed plans, manage critical paths, and coordinate across trades, vendors, and design teams to ensure the project milestones are met on time and within scope.

The role requires 6+ years of planning and documentation experience, knowledge of BIM coordination or clash detection, and strong proficiency in Primavera

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of proven experience in planning and documentation for interior fit-out projects.
  • Experience with projects of at least 100,000 square feet is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and AutoCAD or similar design tools.
  • Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
  • Create and maintain critical path schedules and monitor progress against baselines.
  • Coordinate scheduling across trades and stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Prepare project documentation, method statements, progress reports, and as-built records.
  • Support risk management, budget planning, and procurement scheduling.
