We are looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and management of the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) project. The candidate will coordinate with medical teams, field staff, drivers, and management to ensure smooth project operations and timely completion of project activities.
Key Responsibilities-
- Coordinate and monitor the day-to-day operations of Mobile Medical Units (MMUs).
- Coordinate with Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Drivers, and other field staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, leave, and field deployment.
- Track daily MMU visits, patient services, medical camps, and other project activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with government officials, project authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission of project reports, attendance records, and other required documents.
- Monitor MMU vehicle availability, maintenance, breakdowns, fuel, and related operational issues.
- Follow up with field teams regarding pending activities and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, SOPs, and government/client requirements.
- Identify operational issues and elevate them to the Project Manager/concerned authority.
- Support inspections, audits, meetings, and field visits conducted by the client/government authorities.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Accounts teams regarding employee and project-related requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager/management.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage.
- 24 years of relevant experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, MMU/ambulance operations, government projects, or a similar field.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good team management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with field teams and government/client representatives.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits as required.
- Candidates with experience in MMU, 108 Ambulance, healthcare, emergency services, or government projects will be preferred.
