Job Description

1. Role Purpose

To contribute to academic excellence in the School of Management through effective teaching, student mentoring, research, innovation, curriculum development and academic collaboration. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, a commitment to outcome-based education, and the ability to support the University’s academic development priorities.

2. Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Learning

Deliver high-quality teaching in relevant Management subjects aligned with the candidate’s qualifications and expertise.

Plan and deliver learning activities using appropriate and innovative pedagogical approaches.

Support outcome-based education and contribute to the achievement of programme and course learning outcomes.
