Job summary

MSI Services Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks an experienced sourcing leader to oversee procurement, supplier performance, and project delivery.

The role focuses on building materials and related industries, leading cross-functional teams, and driving cost-saving initiatives while ensuring on-time, on-budget completion. You will coach and develop the team, manage workloads, and collaborate with global travel when needed; a US visa is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, SCM, engineering or related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 5–8 years in Product Sourcing, Procurement, Product Development, or Supply Chain, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in building materials, natural stone, porcelain, ceramics, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and supplier relationships is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to motivate teams, manage change, and build a collaborative work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of inventory planning, and strategic sourcing practices.
• Flexible to Work from Office.
• Open to short term overseas business travel.
• Candidates with a valid Us visa is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements to enhance sourcing efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supplier partnerships.
