Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking an Assistant Operator for onsite work in a fast-paced packaging environment. You will operate bottling, labeling, sealing, and palletizing lines, ensuring materials are stocked and lines run smoothly. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and is physically fit, with a willingness to work across shifts and packaging lines. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Ability to operate basic machinery and follow technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor beverage packaging machinery (bottling, labelling, sealing, and palletizing).

• Conduct routine checks to ensure packaging quality meets specifications.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Follow SOPs and comply with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory control of packaging materials when required.
• Provide support across different packaging lines as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets.
