Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in BPO Operations or related field (Outbound Sales/Domestic Sales).
• Strong understanding of BPO Sales process and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for building client relationships and resolving issues promptly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales voice program, with minimum of 1 year as an Assistant manager.
