Job summary

Envalior invites applications for an Assistant Officer - Warehouse in India, based in Gujarat. You will monitor SHE aspects, oversee dispatches, manage inventory and ensure timely data entry and compliance with statutory requirements.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, safe handling of FG and RM, and collaboration with the logistics team to deliver reliable service while meeting regulatory standards. A proactive approach and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor to SHE aspects in warehouse management
• Monitoring dispatches of FG & RM are happening timely and safely
• Responsible for inventory management ensure all goods in good and safety conditions, meanwhile maintain accurate records
• Ensure all transaction entered in system timely
• Ensure that Depot meets all legal & statutory requirements in terms of filing returns
• Responsible for executing and documenting periodic physical inventory counts at least once a year in consultation with the Finance Controller.
• Ensure and verify all FG goods delivery happens in time and arrange to store in proper condition
• SAP role of CSE (wherever applicable) for Depots which includes creating delivery and shipments, freight cost booking in shipments.
• Ensure the Logistics team operations comply with the Regulations of the government and ENVALIOR;
• Ensure SHE (Safe Operations for Transport, Warehousing) system runs effectively, maintain the high SHE results.
• Owner of the Customer Service Levels for depot operations
• Owner of logistics complaints for orders served through Gurgaon depot
• Evaluation and Development of the Logistic Service Provider
• Customer expectation on service level in our industries for ENVALIOR is extremely high, and yet needs to be combined with an efficient and low-cost operation
