Key responsibilities include managing Ground mount project administration, coordinating with regulators, supervising O&M contractors, maintaining safety, inventory, reporting, and ensuring timely energy billing with off-takers. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PV solar O&M or asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Must have basic computer skills and reporting ability.
• Willingness to travel to sites as required.
• Exposure to HT networks and transformer maintenance is a must.

Responsibilities

• Own administrative activities for a Ground mount project.
• Coordinate with regulatory and substation authorities for compliance and operations.
• Maintain plant safety infrastructure and site procedures.
• Supervise O&M contractors per scope of work.
• Manage spares inventory and timely replenishments.
• Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Drive site performance improvements and energy billing with off-takers.
• Coordinate with project teams for efficient handover.

Overview

Job Summary: The company is looking to recruit an ambitious and energetic Asset Management personnel, who will help candi to lead the revolution of solar. Given that candi is taking solar into a new realm with a new set of tools, the role will require creativity, innovation and a new way of thinking.

Responsibilities

Specifically, the job requires taking ownership of the following for the India AM team:

• Manage administrative activities for a Ground mount project.
• Coordinating with regulatory and substation authorities for necessary compliances and operational requirements.
• Maintaining proper plant safety infrastructure and ensure necessary compliance as per site procedures and Emergency management plans.
• Effective supervision of O&M contractors as per the prescribed scope of work.
• Maintain spares inventory and plan for timely replenishments.
• Manage Reporting and documentation with all important stakeholders.
• Site Performance Management and continual improvements.
• Ensure right and timely energy billing with off-takers.
• Maintain synergy between O&M and QCA for accurate forecasting and scheduling.
• Coordinate with respective project teams for efficient project handover as per the company process.

Location: Bangalore

Hours: Full time.

Requirements
