PeopleStrong in Hazira, India seeks a Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) with 8–12 years' experience in engineering manufacturing, shop planning and procurement. You will work on modern machine tools with 3+ axis CNC controls from FANUC or Siemens and contribute to programming and maintenance planning.

You will drive continuous improvement using TPM, SMED, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, applying FMEA and MAKIGAMI-like analyses to boost uptime and output.

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineer preferably from Mechanical/Electrical streams.
• 8–12 years of experience in engineering manufacturing, shop planning and procurement.
• Familiar with advanced machine tools with >3 axis CNC controls (FANUC or Siemens).
• Knowledge of machine tools programming language and maintenance.
• Strong leadership in implementing modern methods to improve production and uptime.
• Proficient in TPM, SMED, Lean, Six Sigma concepts and FMEA basics.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics; familiarity with CNC maintenance.
