Job summary

EXL is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist in India to lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, drive stakeholder engagement, and coordinate with hiring managers.

The role requires 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition, strong MS Office, ATS proficiency, and excellent communication, analytical and logical reasoning skills. You will ensure SLAs, quality, hiring metrics, and lead reporting and analytics to improve recruitment outcomes.
