Job summary

Precize is seeking a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager in Strategy & Business to partner with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, business planning, and cross-functional execution. The role emphasizes analytical rigor and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will conduct market research, build business cases and financial models, track performance, and drive key projects with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams. MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 1-4 years in Strategy, Business Consulting, Founders Office, or related roles.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, wealth management, or startups preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; highly organized with PM skills.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Senior Associate / Assistant Manager Strategy & Business to work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, business planning, and cross-functional execution. Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership in formulating and executing strategic business initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Build business cases, financial models, and presentations for new initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Analyze business performance, key metrics, and operational data to generate actionable insights.
• Drive cross-functional projects by coordinating with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
• Track strategic projects, ensure timely execution, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Assist in evaluating partnerships, new business opportunities, and expansion initiatives.
• Work closely with senior leadership on special projects and organizational priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
• 1-4 years of experience in Strategy, Business Consulting, Founders Office, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in fintech, financial services, wealth management, investment platforms, or start-ups is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret data and derive meaningful business insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis and business modelling.
• Exposure to capital markets, private equity, venture capital, or unlisted shares is an added advantage.
• Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership teams.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of strategic initiatives.
