Job summary

Southern Travels Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced sales professional with 8-10 years in selling Domestic Holiday packages (GIT & FIT) to manage retail sales and build strong repeat clientele.

You will handle pre- and post-sales requirements, drive lead conversions to meet targets, and develop sales reports/MIS. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of competitive pricing are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience selling Domestic Holiday packages for both GIT and FIT with strong repeat clientele.
• Experience in managing retail sale for Domestic Holidays tours.
• Handling customers pre-post sales requirements.
• Experience in lead conversions and achieving assigned targets.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, sales reports and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Sell Domestic Holiday packages (GIT & FIT) with focus on achieving targets.
• Handle customer needs pre- and post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Drive lead generation and conversions through various channels (BTL).
• Maintain sales reports, MIS data and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on competitors’ products and pricing to inform strategy.
