Responsibilities

• Talent Inventory – 20%: Manage and coach direct reports to be effective in both client and people management. Identify, develop, and retain high‑potential employees through leadership, coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
• Client Services – 20%: Oversee daily operations of client teams to ensure satisfaction; manage client interactions via email, phone, or in-person; execute company‑wide client programs to ensure consistent service delivery and brand promises; oversee onboarding of new clients.
• Business Growth – 15%: Proactively seek opportunities to improve client experience and drive growth. Support US‑based business development functions to acquire new clients and develop existing ones. Ensure compliance with information security policies.
• Problem Solving – 15%: Resolve high‑impact client issues or new situations by analyzing root causes, developing action plans, coordinating resources, and communicating effectively.
• Managing Projects – 15%: Stay informed of corporate goals and lead department, division, or company‑level projects. Lead cross‑functional or company‑wide activities.
• Employee Engagement & Budget – 15%: Manage staffing levels and targeted activities to balance employee engagement, client satisfaction, and business development. Prioritize and maintain budgets to meet company, department, and team goals.
