Job summary

Payal Polyplast is seeking an SAP MM specialist with 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing. The role focuses on SAP MM configuration, data setup, and integration with Ariba and other modules to support business processes. You will coordinate with the SAP support partner for rollouts and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has BE degree, SAP MM certification, and strong understanding of GST and tax codes within SAP. On-site work in India is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP MM in manufacturing or chemical industry.
• 5–8 years of SAP experience.
• BE degree and SAP MM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of GST and tax code in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes, perform GAP analysis and UAT related to SAP MM.
• Configure MM master data, pricing, account determination and release strategies.
• Assist in rollouts, go-live activities and post go-live support with the partner.
• Develop and maintain SAP MM interfaces and IDOCs with third-party apps.
• Create user manuals and provide end-user training.

Key Purpose of this position

• Understand business SAP requirements


• Manage all developments and support requirements related to SAP MM.


• Coordinate with SAP Support partner

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Mapping of the Business processes, GAP Analysis, Integration testing, conducting business UAT session and ability to work on RICEF requirements.


• Worked on Smart forms, function modules and user exits. Business Requirement Gathering and Analysis.


• Responsible for Rollouts, Pre & post Go live activities with the support partner


• Involved in various Enhancements as per Business Requirement


• Co-ordinate with support partner and give functional specifications for customizing reports according to the user requirements.


• Good experience in the Configuration of Org structure, Master data, Purchasing, Pricing, Account Determination, PR PO Release strategy process, Outputs Forms, Inventory Management, Logistic Invoice Verification, and Physical Inventory areas.


• Monitor and resolve any issue in integration of SAP MM with any third party applications


• Creation of master data Material Master, Vendor Master (BP), HSN Code, etc


• Good understanding of GST configuration and tax code master in SAP


• Proficient level of experience and knowledge of SAP Ariba Procurement Process development of interfaces and IDOCs.


• Worked on Pricing, material determination and Text determination. STO - Intercompany process, Intercompany billing.


• Creation of user manuals

Critical Competencies required

• Implementation experience in a manufacturing company


• Ability to control SAP S/4 Hana support function


• Well versed with Integration of MM with other modules


• Preference will be given if certification in MM module


• 5~8 years work experience in SAP

Industry:
