Job summary

Capgemini in Pune, India seeks an experienced SAP MM Consultant with 4-10 years of hands-on SAP MM experience in procurement and inventory management. Preference for end-to-end implementations, rollouts, support and enhancement projects.

You will configure PR/PO/GR/IV processes, maintain Material and Vendor Masters, and integrate MM with FI/CO, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM. Strong stakeholder management and delivery experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of SAP MM consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement Cycle (P2P) and Inventory Management.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP MM implementations.
• S/4HANA MM knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver SAP MM solutions.
• Configure SAP MM processes: PR, RFQ, PO, GR, IV, Inventory Management.
• Maintain Material Master, Vendor Master, PIR, Source List, Quota.
• Support integrations with SAP SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, WM/EWM.
• Prepare Functional specs and coordinate with technical teams.
• Conduct unit testing, UAT, and end-user training.
• Resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in implementation, migration, rollout and support projects.

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant with 4-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Material Management. The candidate should have strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and integration with other SAP modules. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on end-to-end implementations, rollouts, support, and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and provide SAP MM solutions.
• Configure and support SAP MM processes including:
  • Purchase Requisition (PR)
  • Request for Quotation (RFQ)
  • Purchase Order (PO)
  • Goods Receipt (GR)
  • Invoice Verification (IV)
  • Inventory Management
  • Physical Inventory
• Configure and maintain:
  • Material Master
  • Vendor Master
  • Purchasing Info Records
  • Source List
  • Quota Arrangement
• Handle procurement processes and release strategies.
• Work on pricing procedures and account determination.
• Support integrations with SAP SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, and WM/EWM modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
• Conduct unit testing, UAT, and end-user training.
• Resolve production support issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Participate in implementation, migration, rollout, and support projects.
