Job summary

Rahee Infratech is seeking a Safety Officer to manage documentation, site monitoring, and risk assessment across construction sites in Delhi. You will conduct safety inductions, daily safety talks, and pre-work briefings, ensuring PPE compliance and reporting unsafe acts to site in-charge.

The role involves hazard identification, weekly safety walks with project leads, and assisting in the development and implementation of SOPs and HIRA at the site. Previous field safety experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documentation: Fill safety induction forms and maintain checklists.
• Site monitoring: daily safety talks and pre-work briefings.
• Participation in meetings: safety committee discussions and report preparation.
• Implementation: ensure PPE compliance and report unsafe acts/conditions.
• Hazard identification: weekly walk downs and SOP/HIRA implementation.

Documentation :

• Form Fill up of Safety Induction.
• Check lists of Machineries & Tool & Tackles.
• Safety Tool Box Talk & Training papers.

Site Monitoring

• Daily Site monitoring and conducting safety Talk.
• Time to time conducting the safety pre-work briefing to workers before start the job and awareness Training.
• Find out the Hazards and solution and as well as reporting to Engineer and Safety In-charge at site.

Participation in meetings

• Participate in Safety Committee meeting.
• Preparing the topics as discussion with safety In-charge.
• Meeting arrangements at hall and site as discussion with site safety in-charge.

Implementation of Safety norms at site

• Inspection and reporting to site safety in-charge about unsafe act & Condition.
• Ensuring the proper PPEs at site.
• Observation and noted the violation and inform to site safety in-charge for suitable action.

Hazard Identification

• Weekly Walk down with Site safety, Project Manager and all head of dept. to find out the critical hazard and their minimization process.
• Force to Implementation the HIRA and SOP at site.
• Prepare the Check lists of Equipment and vehicles and prepare the report.
