Job summary

Diageo is seeking an experienced Reward enablement partner based in Bangalore to support HR and Reward stakeholders with governance, insights and problem solving. You will focus on high-value advisory work while enabling self-service and standardized processes across locations.

The role requires strong technical reward expertise, experience with annual reward cycles and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders globally. A collaborative, continuous-improvement mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong technical reward experience with understanding of reward frameworks and annual cycles; service delivery and enablement mentality; relationship building with stakeholders in multiple locations, analytical and problem-solving capability; ability to improve self-service and standardised ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Reward policies, frameworks, governance requirements and decision principles.
• Support HR teams and leaders in applying Reward principles and making informed, consistent Reward decisions.
• Analyse Reward trends, service data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and emerging risks.
• Develop and maintain knowledge assets, guidance materials, playbooks and self-service tools that enable global standardisation.
• Support implementation of Reward transformation initiatives, continuous improvement and manager capability building.

Job Description :Purpose of the RoleAct as a specialist Reward enablement partner, supporting HR and Reward stakeholders through authority mentorship, governance, insight and problem solving.
