This role partners with Business Finance, FP&A, and Controllership teams to drive reporting, analytics, working capital management, workforce planning, project profitability, and governance initiatives that support sustainable and profitable growth.**Performance Analytics & Reporting**· Deliver Actual vs Plan, Forecast and Prior Year analysis for management reporting.· Prepare MTD, QTD and YTD dashboards, KPI reporting, variance analysis and business commentary.· Support budgeting, forecasting and periodic business reviews.**Working Capital Management**· Monitor project cash flow, AR/AP ageing, working capital metrics and bad debt provisions.· Identify opportunities to improve collections, cash conversion and risk management.**Workforce & Resource Analytics**· Analyse headcount, hiring, attrition, utilisation and productivity trends.· Provide insights to support workforce planning, resource optimisation and cost efficiency.**Project Profitability Management**· Monitor project revenue, margins, utilisation and profitability performance.· Identify revenue opportunities, margin risks and bench optimisation actions.**P&L Management & Business Performance**· Support business, sector and regional P&L reporting and reviews.· Conduct KPI, pipeline, revenue and cost analysis to support decision making.· Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams.**Regional Reporting & Governance**· Deliver standardised regional reporting and controllership support.· Ensure compliance with reporting policies, controls and governance requirements.**Process Improvement, Finance Transformation & AI Adoption**· Serve as a change agent, driving and implementing process change and continuous improvement across finance workstreams.· Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, scale, and modernize finance tools, technology, and processes.· Drive adoption of Finance Transformation initiatives and AI/automation tools (e.g., RPA, GenAI-enabled reporting and analysis) to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of finance operations.· Manage seamless collaboration across finance, business lines, corporate, and operations functions to ensure comprehensive business alignment.**Key Outcomes**· Improved financial visibility and business performance management· Enhanced cash flow and working capital efficiency· Optimised workforce productivity and resource utilisation· Improved project profitability and margin performance· Stronger governance, compliance and reporting excellence· Data-driven insights supporting strategic growth and decision-making**Preferred Skills & Experience:** FP&A, Financial Reporting, Financial Modelling, Business Performance Management, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Reporting Automation, ERP Systems, Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management.**Location:**On-site –Gurugram, HR**Scheduled Weekly Hours:**40**Job Tags:**JBSIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
