Iq-eq in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Leader to oversee the Regulatory Reporting team, ensuring accurate, timely deliverables that meet regulatory and client expectations.

You will coach and develop staff, manage capacity and KPIs, and collaborate with Associate Director and onshore teams to align priorities. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, governance reporting, and scalable processes to strengthen efficiency and control.

• You’ll monitor workflow by managing team capacity, reallocating resources, addressing escalations, and ensuring KPIs, service levels, and quality standards are consistently met.
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders including the Associate Director, onshore teams, and support functions to manage priorities, governance reporting, and service performance.
• You’ll drive continuous improvement by implementing process enhancements, workflow improvements, KPI reporting, and initiatives that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and operational control.
