Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a Regulatory Reporting team or similar function.
  • Strong ability to coach and develop staff.
  • Proven track record in meeting regulatory deliverables and client expectations.

  • You’ll lead and develop team members through coaching, training, performance management, and accountability, fostering capability and professional growth.
  • You’ll monitor workflow by managing team capacity, reallocating resources, addressing escalations, and ensuring KPIs, service levels, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • You’ll collaborate with stakeholders including the Associate Director, onshore teams, and support functions to manage priorities, governance reporting, and service performance.
  • You’ll drive continuous improvement by implementing process enhancements, workflow improvements, KPI reporting, and initiatives that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and operational control.
