Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO, a global leader in precision instruments, seeks an experienced GL/R2R professional in Mumbai (India) to own month-end close, ensure balance sheet integrity, and coordinate audits with SOX/compliance alignment. The role requires hands-on SAP/ERP experience and prior team leadership.

You will collaborate with global finance teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to standardization initiatives while maintaining meticulous financial controls and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in GL / R2R
• Strong ownership of month-end close
• Deep experience in balance sheet reconciliation
• Exposure to audit / SOX / GAAP frameworks
• Hands-on SAP / ERP experience

What You Need to Succeed

• 5–10 years of experience in GL / R2R

• Prior team handling (minimum 2–3 members)
