Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking professionals to join our climate innovations team. The role involves tracking quality hot jobs, reporting issues with data to factory and regional support, and engaging with factory quality teams to drive improvements across India.

Responsibilities include on-site interventions during escalations, training of key account customers, providing technical support nationwide, and coordinating with OEMs for service and warranty matters.

Where is the work: Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

Job Responsibilities

• Tracking quality hot jobs on daily basis and preparing effective solution to end users.
• Reporting quality issues with necessary data and PCA to both factory and regional technical support team and obtain appropriate solution.
• Continuous engagement with factory quality teams to improve quality
• Imparting training to key account customers across India
• Technical support to teams across India (on-site & Virtual)
• On site intervention during escalations to resolve major issues.
• Meeting customers during conflict situations to explain issues technically.
• Service alert from API - dissemination to all teams time to time.
• Continuous follow up with teams for epidemic quality issues in OEM components for cut-off dates monitoring
• On the job training teams during major overhauls/interventions at site.
• Training of service team, Customer consultants and sales teams across India.
• Monitoring & reporting COPQ – Discussing the same with API on monthly meeting – Europe team during quarterly SCC.
• Coordinating & partnering with local drive OEMs for warranty and out of warranty service supports
• Guiding the local service vendors and suppliers about SOP & Trane standards
• Arranging local OEM trainings to Service team
• Ready/Willing to travel across India & SAARC based on need.
