Spinny in India seeks an Assistant Manager for the QM/IM team to review quality claims from dealer partners and decide outcomes based on policy, evidence, and technical judgement. You’ll help shape policies and tools that make decisions smarter over time.

You’ll analyze losses, turnaround times, and trends, turning data into actionable insights for leadership, and drive root-cause fixes with logistics, supply, and product teams.

Competenze

• 3-5 years in vehicle inspection, quality control, insurance claims, or dealer service operations.
• Solid understanding of how cars work, from engines and gearboxes to electricals and EVs, and a good sense of repair costs.
• Comfort with data: at home in Excel or Google Sheets and enjoys finding patterns.
• Clear, calm communicator who can say "no" politely and "yes" with conditions.
• Degree or diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

About the Role

Every car Spinny buys at auction is backed by an inspection promise. When what a partner receives doesn't match that promise, the QM/IM team steps in to decide what's fair, fix it fast, and make sure it doesn't happen again. As Assistant Manager, you'll be the person partners and internal teams rely on for quick, fair, well-reasoned decisions, and you'll help shape the policies and tools that make those decisions smarter over time.
