Job summary

Hrs Process System in Maharashtra/Chakan seeks a seasoned QA/QC lead to manage quality assurance for heat exchangers, pressure vessels and related systems. You will drive continuous quality improvements, streamline fabrication processes and implement best practices across QAC and allied teams.

You will train shop floor staff and supervisors for ISO, ASME and global standards, while mentoring welding and fabrication quality outputs to meet stringent specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QAC in a fabrication facility.
• ASME U stamp exposure is required.
• Detailed knowledge of welding technology for SS and exotic materials.
• Experience in shop floor production planning and team handling.
• Knowledge of ISO, ASME, TEMA and related design standards.
• Knowledge of fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, piping and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have experience of handling QAC function in a fabrication facility. ASME U stamp exposure is required.

• Knowledge of ISO, ASME, TEMA and other processes and related design standards is required
