Job summary

Yashoda Hospitals in Bengaluru seeks a QA/QC professional to oversee civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and interior works on large-scale construction projects.

You will coordinate with labs, prepare inspection reports, verify method statements, and ensure handover documentation is complete before project closure. Candidates should hold BE/B.Tech in Civil and have relevant QA/QC experience in hospital or large commercial builds.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily site inspections for civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and interior works.
• Monitor material quality by coordinating with labs for cube tests, steel tests, concrete mix designs, waterproofing checks, etc.
• Inspect workmanship at each stage: excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plastering, painting, flooring, etc.
• Verify and approve method statements, BBS, and mock-ups before execution.
• Ensure proper calibration of equipment, tools, and testing instruments at site.
• Identify non-conformities (NCRs), report deviations, and ensure timely corrective measures.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports, checklists, and test records for all construction activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to close quality issues.
• Ensure handover documentation including test certificates, warranties, and as-built drawings are complete before project closure.
