Responsabilidades

• Lead QA/QC activities across construction projects, ensuring compliance with IS codes, quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), including SOPs, Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), checklists, and construction methodologies.
• Conduct site inspections, material testing, vendor/subcontractor audits, and quality reviews while managing non-conformities, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues, prepare MIS reports, and ensure successful project execution across multiple sites.
• Drive continuous improvement through quality audits, training programs, process standardization, and adherence to best QA/QC practices in RCC, Structural Steel, PEB, MEP, and interior works.
