About the Role:

• The Assistant Manager (Projects) will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end initiatives, ensuring milestones are met through stakeholder engagement and precise scope, schedule, and resource management. Act as a strategic link between corporate strategy and field implementation, driving integrated projects, mitigating risks, and providing transparent reporting to support leadership decisions.
• The incumbent will report to the General Manager - General Management. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define project objectives, scope, implementation plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress against established milestones.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.

Strategic Alignment

• Translate organizational strategy into actionable project plans.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, issues, and changes.
