Job summary

The Executive Centre is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to locally deliver expansion, refurbishment, maintenance and sales-related capex tasks in the designated region.

You will oversee day-to-day management or task support of capital development projects as assigned by the Director or Associate Director – Capital Development, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, development or related technical real estate field.
• 3 years' experience with a Project Management Consultancy, with corporate office fit-out exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution activities - as assigned by Capital Development Management.
• Lead (where assigned) project specific tasks from inception to completion including technical planning, design, procurement and execution considerations.
• Support Senior Project Professionals to ensure on time, on budget delivery.
• Assist with project specific risks and mitigation strategies to minimise overall risk to TEC.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Strive to exceed company standards through best practices, work ethic and project controls.

Requirements

• Degree qualification from reputable university with global status in either engineering, development or relevant technical real estate field.
• 3 years' experience with a Project Management Consultancy focus ' experience working in Corporate Office Fit-out is a must.
