Job summary

Responsibilities

• Optimize plant operations and preventive maintenance to maximize efficiency.
• Lead teams safely and control operational costs.
• Implement ERP SAP to minimize breakdowns and improve cost and budget management.
• Drive people leadership, safety, EHS, RCA & CAPA, 5S, Kaizen, TPM and OEE with data-driven MIS reporting.
• Prepare MIS reports for management review.
