Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a PMO - Process & Data Analyst in Mumbai to support project governance, data-driven decision making, and process improvements. You’ll track projects, coordinate stakeholders, and develop dashboards to drive operational excellence.

The role focuses on documenting current and future processes, maintaining schedules, and delivering KPI reports using Power BI and Excel. A proactive communicator will help translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze business and project data.
• Document and analyze current-state and future-state business processes.
• Support project planning, tracking, governance, and status reporting.
• Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on actions and deliverables.
• Analyze and document business processes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and process documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and support business transformation initiatives.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and insights to stakeholders.
• Support leadership with performance reporting and data-driven recommendations.

• Analytics: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, KPI Reporting, Data Visualization, SQL (Preferred).
• Tools: Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Planner/Project.
• AI & Digital Tools Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot & Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, report generation, process documentation.
