Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an Assistant Manager - Process & Data Analyst in Mumbai to support project governance, process improvement and data-driven decision making. You will track projects, coordinate stakeholders, analyze processes, and develop KPI dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

The role requires a 3–5 year track record in PMO or analytics, with strong skills in process mapping, root cause analysis, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities.
• Experience with KPI dashboards and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze business and project data.
• Document and analyze current-state and future-state processes.
• Support project planning, tracking, governance, and reporting.
• Maintain schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance docs.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups; deliverables tracking.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and process documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and support transformation initiatives.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Communicate updates, risks, and insights to stakeholders.
• Support leadership with performance reporting and data-driven recommendations.
