Job summary

Bondada Engineering in Hyderabad seeks an Assistant Manager - PMO to oversee PMO activities, MIS, dashboards, and management reporting for Telecom OM. You will track KPIs, SLAs, manpower, and cost, coordinating with Operations, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.

The role requires 5-8 years of relevant telecom OM/PMO experience, strong analytical and presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations or Project Management will be preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Telecom OM, PMO, MIS, or Project Management.
• Experience in telecom operations, field projects, reporting, KPI/SLA monitoring, and process improvement will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMO activities, MIS, dashboards, and management reports for Telecom OM.
• Track project performance, KPIs, SLAs, manpower, productivity, and operational targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs, resource utilization, and operational performance.
• Prepare review presentations and performance reports for management.
• Maintain action trackers and ensure timely closure of pending issues.
• Analyze operational data and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
