Hydro Prokav Pumps India Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu seeks an Assistant Manager - Planning with 12-15 years in production planning for pump manufacturing. The role focuses on Make to order/project orders, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing to meet targets.

The successful candidate will manage and develop the planning team, align demand with resources and ensure on-time delivery while driving improvements in planning

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of production planning experience in pump manufacturing.
• Experience with Make to order / project orders and ERP systems.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Derive Daily, Weekly and Monthly production plans based on orders and ensure the successful execution of production plan.
• Working collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing teams to achieve the revenue plan.
• Customer focused approach with strong sense of on time delivery.
• Analyze operations workload, capacity, identify bottlenecks and mitigate risks which impact On-Time Delivery.
• Monitor production plan vs actual, identify the gaps, derive corrective and preventive actions.
• Track and control inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and delivery performance.

We are seeking a highly experienced, results driven planning lead with 12-15 years in production planning for pump manufacturing. Expertise in Make to order/Project order production planning process and ERP systems. This role requires strong collaboration across the organization

Basic Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 years of experience.

Key competencies:

• Strong knowledge of production planning and material planning.
• Expertise in planning and execution of project orders.
• Hands on experience in SAP PP & MM module.
• Strong knowledge in MS Excel and data analysis skills are mandatory.
