Hyatt Regency Pune seeks an Assistant Manager - Outlet to support the Outlet Manager in running the outlet as a profitable center, aligned with Hyatt’s operating concept and brand standards.

You will strive to maximize guest satisfaction while operating within budget and helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet. This role requires leadership in line with Hyatt’s corporate strategies.

Competenze

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Mansioni

• Assist the Outlet Manager in running the assigned outlet as a profitable center in line with the outlet concept and Hyatt standards.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and contributing to the financial success of the outlet.
• Support Hyatt Corporate Strategies and brand standards during daily operations.

Summary

The Assistant Manager - Outlet is responsible to assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
