The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in corporate sales or gifting, excellent English, and strong CRM and communication skills. This is an on-site role in Lower Parel offering growth in a premium fashion brand.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate sales or corporate gifting (fashion, lifestyle, software sales, gifting).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in inside sales or client servicing.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assisted Individual Sales (60%).
• Engage with online leads and repeat customers via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Recommend fabrics, fits, and styling based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with stores and production to ensure smooth delivery.
• Close orders while maintaining a premium, high-touch experience.
• Achieve monthly assisted sales targets.
• Reach out to HR, Admin & Gifting Teams in companies with BSC corporate offering.
• Create customized proposals for team uniforms, bulk gifting, or vouchers.
• Manage the full corporate sales cycle: pitch quote sample closure delivery.
• Coordinate measurements, order timelines, custom branding, and packaging.
• Build and grow long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Maintain a pipeline and regularly update progress to the leadership team.

• Assisted Individual Sales (60%).

• Reach out to HR, Admin & Gifting Teams in companies with BSC corporate offering.
• Create customized proposals for team uniforms, bulk gifting, or vouchers.
• Manage the full corporate sales cycle: pitch quote sample closure delivery.
• Coordinate measurements, order timelines, custom branding, and packaging.
• Build and grow long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Maintain a pipeline and regularly update progress to the leadership team.

Success Metrics

• Assisted sales revenue & conversion rate.
• No. of new corporate clients acquired.
• Repeat orders from corporates.
• Client feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate sales or corporate gifting (fashion, lifestyle, software sales, vending machine sales).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in inside sales or client servicing.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, email writing, and CRM tools.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer-centric selling.

Good to Have

• Experience in a premium or custom fashion brand.
