Job summary

Industrial Personnel Network is seeking a candidate in Chennai with experience in NPD processes and molding. The role requires hands-on involvement in trial planning, mould condition checks, and close coordination with PPC and production teams.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or B.Tech in Polymer/Rubber Technology, strong computer skills, and familiarity with APQP/PPAP documentation for parts throughout the development and manufacturing stages.

Qualifications

• Familiar with NPD process and molding.
• Energetic and practical person with computer skills.
• Manufacturing knowledge in Rubber/Polymer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check mould condition and plan for trials.
• Coordinate with PPC and Production for trials.
• Documentation of APQP & PPAP files for each part.
