Job summary

Adani Group in Mundra invites an experienced Cluster Manager - Stringer to oversee the stringer production cluster, driving performance and efficiency.

You will build strong teams, implement the Adani Business Excellence Model, improve customer satisfaction through CAPA, and ensure safety and adherence to the annual plan.

This role requires 8–12 years of leadership in stringing operations, BE/B.Tech, and a hands-on approach to maintenance, MTTR reduction, and cost control.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical is required.
• 8–12 years of leadership experience in stringing operations with proven production targets.
• Experience implementing CAPA and safety initiatives.
• Knowledge of Adani Business Excellence Model is a plus.

Purpose/Objective

• The Cluster Manager - Stringer is responsible for overseeing the operations of the stringer production cluster, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• This role emphasizes building strong teams, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sustainable business practices.
• By adhering to the annual business plan and leading organizational development initiatives, the Cluster Manager plays a vital role in achieving the cluster's operational goals and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Organization & Team Building: - Execute the Adani Business Excellence Model and conduct internal technical knowledge sharing sessions to develop capable, self-managed teams.
• Customer Orientation: - Improve customer satisfaction by implementing robust CAPA and achieving zero line stoppage due to spare unavailability.
• Sustainability of Business & Market Share: - Formulate strategies to reduce risks and enhance efficiency through technological developments, focusing on MTTR reductions and improvement projects.
• Adherence to Annual Business Plan: - Ensure laser cutter uptime while meeting budgeted targets for capacity, operational costs, EBITDA, and preventive maintenance adherence.
• Organization Development & Sustainability: - Achieve 100% adherence to safety inspections to demonstrate OHS leadership and provide a safe working environment for all employees.
