Job summary

Nath Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced US medical coder to lead a team in Mohali.

You will review complex coding scenarios, ensure accuracy and compliance across Pain Management, E/M, and Anesthesia coding, and manage denials and appeals in liaison with clients. The role requires 6-8 years of US medical coding experience, CPC certification, and strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS, CMS guidelines, and payer policies.

Qualifications

• CPC certification is mandatory.
• 6-8 years of US medical coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS guidelines.
• Hands-on experience in Pain Management, E/M, and Anesthesia coding.
• ASC Facility coding experience preferred.
• Experience in leading coding teams, training, and quality reviews.
• Ability to review denials, appeals, and payer audits.
• Solid understanding of CMS, NCCI, LCD/NCD, and payer policies.
• Able to interpret medical records and assign accurate codes.
• Experience analyzing coding denials and recommending corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day coding operations and team performance.
• Ensure coding accuracy, quality, and compliance.
