Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Targets

• Develop Network, relationships and close deal in Mid to Luxury segemnt Residential- new bookings.
• Clientele for Agricultural, Industrial and commerial Land Parcels.
• Meet Clients and close negotiations.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Support team members in negotiations and deal closures
• Close 3-5 deals per month.

Relationship Mgt

• Developstrong client relationships at Developer and Customer level.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals as required.
• Handle escalations and ensure high client satisfaction standards

Lead Generation & CRM

• Plan and execute hands‑on lead generation strategies
• Ensure structured follow‑ups and improve lead-to-conversion ratios via CRM

Market & Reporting

• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate sales reports and drive team efficiency

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in real estate sales with 3-10 years of experience in new bookings, developer relations and client development.
• Prior team handling or leadership exposure preferred
